Virgin Active South Africa won't cancel contract.

Incredibly frustrating dealing with Virgin Active, trying to cancel a contract for my fiancé. She moved to Australia in 2018 and has been trying without luck to cancel her contract since then. I've been trying to get them to cancel it too but they just won't help! They seem to want to collect the fees forever even though the member is no longer in the country. It's exceedingly frustrating.
