Virgin Active South Africa sucks

Virgin Active South Africa has the most PATHETIC customer service levels that I've ever had the misfortune of encountering. I have requested again and again that my membership be frozen until further notice, however more than 2 and a half months later no action and no response has been given to in acknowledgment of my request. They are not answering my emails and I keep getting shunted from call agent to call agent who are unable to assist either due to system difficulties or pure incompetence. I will never open another membership them!
