Virgin Active South Africa - Serious Management Problems or they simply do not care?

One wonders if anyone from Senior Management for Virgin Active South Africa bothers with an online publication such as hellopeter. Reading through the many reviews and with a 1.8 trust rating out of 10, surely someone from Brait or other shareholding companies would wish to portray a better image from The Company? I am curious to see if i get any response from Virgin Active South Africa's Head Office. I bet i do not?
