Virgin Active South Africa poor service

https://myvirginactive.co.za/ Website down and unresponsive for about 2 weeks now. Cannot book gym floor or squash courts online. Phoned virgin active cannot book courts via phone call, must go to the gym to book ? Why ???? Paying a boat load of money a month and getting this poor service. Also removed stairs at the circuit, cannot do the Super Circuit anymore. I am extremely disappointed.
