The most shocking service from virgin active. Messed up my daughter’s gym membership, still waiting for the billing to be taken off to activate it. Lack of Discovery vitality knowledge is appalling. Their administration is a complete joke. Probably the 3rd time I’ve struggled with billing issues or Discovery vitality issues. They always blame it on Discovery! Nobody gets back to you with feedback.
