Virgin active South Africa 😡

At this point I really do not know what to do anymore, I’m angered, and really disappointed, and as a human being struggling to control my emotions any longer.

I have been a member of virgin active for way longer than 10 years, a loyal member, for the last year, every single month, this gym blocks my account, I have literally also called the gym every single month for them to change my debit order from the 1st of the month, to the 15th, listen I am not exaggerating, I call them every month for the past ****ing year, they still block my account every month, they told me to pay double so that they can amend my account, I have done this multiple times, and then I still get blocked on the first of every month, the past month I paid almost R3000 in fees just so that this would not happen, and now look where I am again, begging virgin active to treat me like a loyal customer.

I am not someone to complain, but the gym is an important part of my life, i wonder how you would feel if this was the same issue every single month? When payments increase, I pay, I make a plan to be at virgin active, but this is what I go through on a monthly basis and I am really tired.

Today I spoke to 3 different consultants, my account is still blocked.
