VIRGIN ACTIVE STELLENBOSCH and SOUTH AFRICA Shocking 😮 customer service! It’s been a month since attempting to include my daughter’s membership with Virgin Active Stellenbosch. From the sales staff calls/whatsapp, to the owner/manager (who all ignore messages and calls). To unanswered emails to head office and unreturned calls to head office! Still no resolution! Over a month now! Fees paid (overcharged) and then a second R699 sign up requested to resolve. No access to the gym for the whole month of Feb 25 *** 🤬 And out of pocket! I’m beyond furious! Happy to sign you up! Then radio silence when the admin isn’t done!! ****ed off! Virgin Active SA not the gym to join!
