Virgin Active Somerset does not ive up to the bran

I go to this gym almost every day and the water in the showers is always cold. I complained about it a few months ago and Bernard contacted me and gave me some lame excuse about why it was called and it will be fixed. It some what improved but this week it was the same situation. On Monday we were once again forced to shower in cold water I spoke to one of their staff and she brought in a cleaner to pretend that he was maintenance and the problem was being fixed and to my surprise today the water was still cold. This is just plain nasty for them to expect us to shower in cold water while we pay our membership fees. This gym can do with a total nakeover everything about it is just odd even the equipment is so old you would swear that you were in an old Health & Racquet gym. They diregard clients otherwise they wouldn't contain costs at our expense.
