Virgin Active Sold me lies

I have joined virgin Active on the 23 November 2023, I was then promised that I will get 2 month free (January and February) but I haven't got it it. I contacted the sales rep Eazie who is based in Midrand Vodaworld and he has since been ignoring me. Last week I called and spoke to his manager who advise that he has escalated it but doesn't know when it will be sorted. I haven't been to gym for a month because of this. And the other issue is, when I joined they said that my premium will be R490.00 but they are deducting R520. 00
