VIRGIN ACTIVE SLUM CLUB

I would like to report Appalling facilities at Virgin Active Lorraine. The facility has been without water for a week due to their municipal account being unpaid. The facility uses borehole water but that is also not in use. The swimming pool water has had milky water for over 2 weeks and the pool itself has not been cleaned as there is debris on the pool floor and floating in the water. When management is asked about all this. We are told to go to any other facility which is kilometers away from my house. It's quite unfair that Virgin active expects us to go to other values when they have challenges but when I requested to go to another club I was told my membership is only for Lorraine. The management is not helpful at all and does not give any indication of when the issues will be resolved.
