VIRGIN ACTIVE - SIMPLY CANNOT SEND A STATEMENT!!!

I have been trying for 2 months to cancel my account with Virgin Active. They never pick up the phones and if you email them they also never get back to you. I finally got through one day and spoke to Mercia. I asked what the settlement amount was and that a statement be sent through so I can pay, but she only sent the banking details and amount.

How do I know this is correct and not some thumbsuck number going to who knows bank account. I have sent multiple follow up emails and called again but as always their lines are too busy and no response.

Your service is absolutely **********. Please send me the actual statement so I can get rid of this company and this stupid debt once and for all. I will never support you again.
