Virgin Active - Signed a 'contract' under false pretenses

Zero support from Virgin Active Potchefstroom in regards to a supposedly contract that I signed under false premises. After communicating multiple times with staff, the issue has not been resolved and Virgin money collectors are hounding me. See below for email which contains all the details:

I find Virgin active to be extremely arrogant and maintaining practices that goes against the Consumer Protection Act.

Please sort this out ASAP
