virgin active shocking service

Very bad service, am wanting to cancel my daughters contract that comes off my Bank account, and they refuse, however I am the account holder at the bank.

Its shocking to see that virgin active just wants to take peoples money, even they are the account holders

The staff don't even allow you to talk its as if they run your account...(extremely rude)

won't even put you thru to the complaints department, don't see as to why we need to walk into a gym with this whole pandemic going on
