Virgin Active shocking accounts department !!!!

For several weeks I've been trying to sort out an account query, to no avail. frequently I got sent from pillar to post, or simply cut off in the middle of a conversation. The call back service is a joke !!!!! - No-one seems to be able to do, nor prepared to, do their job and assist in sorting out my query.
