VIRGIN ACTIVE SERVICE NEEDS A GYM CONTRACT

Recently joined Virgin Active in Lenasia Branch. Biggest mistake ever. I requested to cancel my contract a week ago arranged for the debit order to be cancelled inclusive of cancellation fees. There are continues debits on my account. The call centre needs a wake up as firstly the waiting time for assistance is ridiculous. I request a service agent to call me and refund my money
