Virgin Active Service is appalling

I am very unhappy with what happened at Virgin Active Carlswald this evening. I joined a few weeks ago along with my husband and was told I had to sign my 8 year old daughter up as well. I was told she was not allowed to be in the kid's area as she had turned 8 in January and that she'd have to be around in the gym area.

Members of your company kept harassing my daughter, husband and I while we were working out asking if she's indeed 8 yet she's a member. They told us she was too old for the kid's area yet she is short and a bit tiny by stature so how is that an excuse for them to harrass us and keep asking her how old she is? I am canceling my membership with immediate effect
