Virgin Active sells personal information

VA sold some bad debt of someone with the same surname as me to MBD LC. POPI act should not allow them to sell personal information. Have been contacted by text and phone by MBD for 8 months now. Contacted Virgin Active without reply. My fees were fully paid up and I have an outstanding credit rating. Not impressed.
