I am done with this company, ****** ******** in gym pants🤬 October I signed up for a 12 month contract and was offered 2 months free and no payments if we get lockdown. Then short left things changed. I start receiving notifications about increases and changes. Then, I called and sent an email last month about your fees changing and that I have two free months and your representative said ," no mam you will not be paying for January and February, no mam your fees will most definitely not change in the new year, that's for other members who will be starting new contracts or month to month. Not you. This month I was billing R420, increase of R20 for the contract I signed up for. Which I clearly said I don't want any surprises on my contract when I signed up. I asked about increase and this type of private company looting and they said nope mam we don't do that. But here we are. 🤬********. Two I get billed for months you said I was getting for free. Siiiisssssss🤬 man ******** of note.

Cancel this contract immediately or I am getting a lawyer involved.
