Have been trying to cancel my contract with them and everytime I phone the financial manger he always seems to be “busy”. They also keep trying to deduct the monthly subscription even after I said I want to cancel! Phoned head office and I’m told I have to speak to someone from the branch I signed up at?! This is actually so annoying because I sighed up within the 3 months that you can cancel and pay no cancelation fee . Now I’m stuck with a gym membership I DO NOT WANT!!! DO NOT JOIN !!
