Virgin Active ****

My child signed up with virgin active under her father to join Virgin active club for R550, then to our suprise they deduct a whooping amount of R950 ******** us an amount of R400. After several visits to Virgin Active Cape Gate they keep on saying they are going to sort it out but nothng has been done till today. Our worry now is they keep on ******** us this R400 for 2years because the contract is for 2years and clearly they wont reimburse us this money because they are not doing anything about this ***** they are doing to us.
