Virgin Active Sales Consultants Are ********.

This is the 3rd review I'm writing and Virgin Active Gym Lonehill still has not done anything about my so called ********** account where one of their sales consultant Zinhle, signed me up without my consent or signature. She did that because of the sale she would be commissioned to after signing me up for a contract I did not sign myself meaning I'm not bound by anything the contract stipulates.

Now I keep getting irritating calls from MBD attorneys demanding a payment plan for over 3K in Rands that I apparently own yet I've never went to the gym once nor activated the card I was given nor signed the contract I never received.

I went there personally and the sales manager whose name is Shepherd said he would look into the matter and investigate. Its been more 3 months now with no response from him yet we exchanged contact numbers.
