Can Virgin Active be prevented from thieving us with impunity! They can't force us to go to the gym when not using the facility. You suspend your membership and they charge you the full premium! Then they send you sns' to remind you that they will continue pillaging your account. This is downright immoral. If you take money from someone without providing services it is theft!
