Virgin Active SA transfer fees

I have been challenging their transfer fees. They are charging exorbitant amounts for admin, which makes zero sense. Why should moving between their clubs cost over R200. Different clubs already charge different amounts for their services, why are consumers being expected to pay an additional R245. Their response has been “its standard practice” we can’t do anything about it. Consumers are being taken for a ride
