Virgin Active SA need to review their partnership with MBD Credit Solutions

Virgin Active is using a Debt Collecting company (MBD Credit Solutions) that is very unprofessional with their service in terms of how they deal with clients that want to pay. They harrased my daughter on money she owed and this was owed because of a misunderatsnidng between herself and Virgin Active when she cancelled her membership. Virgin Active handed the account over to MBD and from that point on the experience was awful to say the least. I called them to ask for a statement so that I can settle the amount in full and even that was a mission, the agents in the call centre are very rude and just don't have the basics of customer service and people skills. I settled the account on the 18/06/2024 and asked for a confirmation letter that the account is closed/settled and after numouros emails and requests I'm being ignored and still waiting for some sort of confirmation.
