Virgin Active SA, *********** cancelation team

My membership is out of contract and running month to month. Due to Covid I have called several times to cancel. Virgin Active still debit my account for my and my wife's accounts. They call me and chase up payment, not understanding or actioning the cancelation. *********** people, money hungry scavengers.
