Virgin Active SA Admin Pathetic. Its a ****

I am beginning to think Virgin Active is running a ****. A global company cannot be that pathetic with the admin. Even their own staff at branches are baffled by admin service from head office. A simple account recon takes them months to resolve. They run on 2 systems which dont speak to one another. You are in arrears with one system and up to date with the other.

They have been harrassing my wife for months now and yet her account is up to date. 10min ago a caller calls my wife and when she pushes back for answers; he threatens to put the phone down. Which he eventually did.

Their Head Office or Call Centre in CT dont know 1 from 2. Its a dog show.

For transparency; its best they just furnish us with monthly account statements, so we know.
