Virgin active SA

My last payment was on April 1st which is 350, so I've Been paying manually at their nedbank account since the system was offline...so now their telling me that Im owing them R1950... because I've lost my receipt as proof of payment.so I'm asking them to go through their nedbank statement and check using my reference number if I'm telling the truth on not but they don't respond
