Virgin active has gone downhill they took money out my account without a heads up or a reason when I called *** that number some woman just says hello not hi this is virgin active so on and so on not sorry nothing just rudeness when I asked her I dont understand why they took the money out my account after I paid in full in Jan and canceled in Jan she could not explain to me virgin active should really hire people that have more brains and not make things worse she has no idea what I am going through and now I need to deal with someone who is rude and being a b!@#&
