Virgin Active *****s from Its Customers

Virgin Active - K90: Why do the management at Virgin Active K90 feel it is okay to ***** from its customers? Most mornings the gym opens 1 min or 2 min late. This morning it opened 5 min late. If time = money, then Virgin Active is *****ing from me. I get up at 03h30 every morning to get to the gym on time to make sure I get my 35 min of training because I need to get to work on time in Sandton. Now the gym opens late, so I either have to cut my training program short, or I get to work late. At 05h00 I knocked on the door to open. The receptionist pointed to an analogue clock at the entrance, which is 5 min slow, indicating that it is not 05h00 yet. Do we live in an analogue or digital age? Does Virgin Active Computers and staff phones not link to S.A GMT time? When I asked why they are opening late, they said according to the clock they are on time. As per their HOD they are not allowed to open the door until that clock says 05h00. The level of incompetence is staggering… It may only be 5 min, but it is my 5 min that Virgin Active is *****ing.
