I had a sales consultant call me to to sign up for a 2 year contract for the amount of R568 , two months into train I get an emailing saying because I’ve been there for a year my membership fee will no be R790 . I enquired with the sales consultant who has ignored all of my enquiries. I have a contract for two years do you(virgin active) just change rules Willy nilly and I am not the first person to complain about this . Oh and if I want to cancel I would be required to thousands of rands for your lies on a CONTRACT??
