Virgin active rustenburg. I injured my spine due to a STAFF lady restraining/refusing me to lift 140kg deadlift. My back is ****ing me!!

Virgin active rustenburg. I injured my spine due to a staff lady restraining/refusing me dto do another set. Me and my partner was in a tight schedule and rushed to finish our excercising program. We were on our last sets doing deadlifts about 21h10 when a staff lady approached us and told us the gym is closed and we should go. I told her yes we are almost done while my partner was doing his last set. When i approached the bar for my last set she said that she will not allow me to do another set and she stood next to the bar. As i was in a rush to finish my last set i lifted the bar and could feel it is unbalanced and saw the lady was restraining the bar from me lifting it so i lifted it scew. It was heavy though...140kg deadlift. I then felt a pain shooting through my spine and accidently dropped the bar on the floor, and just walked away. I first ignored the pain as i dont want to feel embarrassed or show pain but now my back is ****ing me! I think i need to see a doctor. To whom will i send my bill too?? I feel the acts of the staff of virgin active towards clients is still unacceptable and does not even bother going to management because there is still no progress. Had some situations before.
