Virgin Active Rustenburg Disaster waiting to happen.

I reported the issues with the lower level AC/vent system end of October 2018. Mid of December 2018 I cornered one of the clubs maintenance guys in the Locker room, asking him about the status of the repair on the AC system (As per your reply on the 6th of November 2018) – Guy did NOT even have an idea what I was talking about (Weird according to Virgin Active HQ it’s being repaired) He promised me that he will check it out. Following day it was working for the 1st time in months. Cool ventilated air!!!!!, Asked him what was wrong, he said that the system was disabled (switched OFF), he just reset the timers and it should work now. It worked for 2days only. Have not seen the guy again. BUT JA, It’s obvious, the staff don’t like it when the club is ventilated so it gets disabled (switched OFF). Strew the people who actually pays their salaries. It’s ****ing ridiculous. There is various other issues as-well (Water fountains not working for month now, steamroom a complete mess: almost never working). Club members are starting to get fed-up with this ****.
