Virgin Active Rosebank - Parking Ticket Error & Guards

Virgin Active Rosebank Parking ticket scanner fails numerous times, where my ticket gets scanned and paid yet the boom sometimes refuses to open. Today the parking guard at the boom was extremely rude threatening to send me back upstairs, refusing to read the ticket entry time, or to even acknowledge the error as I kept advising. I keep telling Virgin staff of the issue yet It keeps happening. At this point I feel like avoiding the club as i’m Tired of having this confrontation when the ticket fails. Will anyone ever do something about this? It’s very frustrating!
