Virgin Active Rosebank ******

Earlier this year Virgin Active came to our offices on a Discovery wellness day and I spoke to a lady named Michelle Machaba. I told her I'm a Discovery member but wasn't on Vitality and she advised that she can sign me up and remind me in two weeks to sign up for Vitality as I had explained to her that I didn't know how the gym works as I've never joined one. I waited for her until I was debited R1095 which was not what she told me I'd be debited. Now I'm sitting with debt, I've been harassed by Virgin Active call center consultants and I don't know what to do because I can't afford that sort of money. I managed to sign up for vitality but apparently I owe them over R2000 yet I've never been to the gym. I regret ever signing up. I'm so dissapointed in Virgin Active Rosebank and their staff I wasn't even aware I was supposed to pay a joining fee. I need this account canceled. The misinformation just to get numbers is wrong!!!
