Virgin Active Roodepoort Pathetic sales

<p>Signed on with the Black Friday deal in November with the Virgina Activ in Roodepoort, been promised no charges for the month of December, this including card fees, membership fees and monthly fees. Yet a debit order comes out from my account for the card fees, R140 and a R249 monthly fee. I speak to the gym manager, Reza, who promised to sort things out and reverse the debits, and gives me a gym bag for my inconveniences.</p> <p>I joined multiply specifically for this deal, and now im paying for no reason.</p> <p>They cancelled my membership to the gym. and now 2 months later, nothing has been done. I called beggining of Jan, and Reza, THE MANAGER, he actually denied this deal and said i misunderstood, when both he and the consultant explained it to me.</p> <p>After my numerous calls, inwhich they were having "meetings" about me, a manager of his was to supposedly contact me and yet still, nothing! </p> <p> </p> <p>Pathetic sales tactic to promise customers a deal which they cannot deliver on, and worse to not even give any feedback.</p> <p>Extremely disappointed in virgin active, because not even head office can give me a call to rectify this!</p>
