Virgin Active robs their Members CENTURY CITY

I am very disappointed in Virgin active Century City. The P3 parking is free for 1 h 30 mins. I park at p4 because I spend 2 hours everyday at the club before work. I do not want to pay everyday. Now p4 parking will be closed, and we are forced to use p3 parking. I have emailed head office and they confirmed the p3 is actually free for 2 hours... Then later they emailed me again advising it’s in fact only 1 hour and 30 mins. This is bad for me and other clients. VA are already robbing us with gym membership fees and now the parking! So dissatisfied
