Virgin Active robs me of R20000

I lost R20000 at virgin active due to a cleaner, employed by virgin active, broke into my locker without my consent whilst i was training in the weights section at the club.

I went to the males change room and left my gym bag locked with my padlock and went to train. After my training session i went back to the change room, when i got there i found my locker locked with a different padlock. I went to inquire at reception, i was then told by one of the staff that one of the cleaners asked her for an authority letter for him to help a member open one of the lockers. The cleaner proceeded to break my padlock on my locker and at reception i was told that there was a member who had forgotten where he had stored his belongings in the lone of the lockers in the locker room| which led to the cleaner breaking into my locker with the member to check if his belongings were in that locker. This happened only for them to find that they had broken into the wrong locker. After breaking into 3 lockers the cleaner then decided to go fetch one of the virgin active padlocks to come lock them as the subsequent locks had been damaged.

This is when i returned to find a new padlock on my locker and the money i had stored in my my gym bag missing.

Virgin active has strict policies in the use of lockers and padlocks which i followed but now are sending me from pillar to post in reimbursing me with my money.
