Virgin Active robbing people!

Absolutely ********** company to deal with! I tried cancelling my membership beginning of May. I was told the system is down so they cannot give me confirmation of cancellation. I called 2x in May and once in June - system still down. Really since the 29th April to date system not working? But the debit order system is working fine. So they continue debiting my account and claim they'll reimburse me once the cancellation is finalised some time in the future? This is day light ******* and they get away with it!
