Virgin active Ripoff- most dehumanizing etiquette to the customers

Absolutely disgusted... I'm repulsed by the business and etiquette and I feel as if this company and I never had a 5 year relationship!!! What seemed like " assistance " ended up being a nightmare and management's response is we'll get back to you... I'm ashamed to say that after speaking to countless TL's namely Lilly, and Gillian... These people showed no assistance to me after they've been deducting since Jan my account... I've been begging these people to stop my debit order as I've has a rolling contract with them but it all felt on deff ears, after asking can I then use the gym their " assistance" ended in lock down payment wasn't made... Come on virgin active call me and sort this issue out it's truly dehumanizing what you guys are doing and putting me through... What stunns me is that you took money for so long and never allowed me in the gym and completely refuse to return my money and never gave me an answer as to why...??? SOME ONE NEEDS TO CALL ME URGENTLY OR I'M TAKING THIS TO THE PAPERS WITH MY NAME DEBIT RECEIPTS
