Virgin Active *******s

I am totally disgusted with the way Virgin Active operates.I am a member of Virgin Active as well as my wife.In December I signed up my son and was told by the Consultant the premuim will be R190 a month which I was happy with and which I signed for.Only to be told now .The amount I was given and signed for was incorrect.The premium now is R266.I have spoken to the consultant and said to him I cannot afford R266 as it is not within my budget. I am now been told there is nothing that can be done and head office says I have to pay R266.I am very upset with this as my son is looking forward to staying healthy by going to the gym.I require to pay the premuim of R190.Please can you get this done a.s.a.p and get back to me.
