Virgin Active Reluctant to help a handicapped person

<p>I join Virgin Active for the first time in August 2016. I was brand new to the gym world. I have spina bifida and I am overweight. My doctor recommended that I lose weight. I went to Virgin Active to sign up and the sales person that I spoke to I informed him of my medical condition and the sales person then suggest that I purchase a booster pack and have a personal trainer work with me to see what gym equipment will hurt my back and what to do and what not to do. I then purchased the booster pack and the sales person said that the trainer will contact me to set up a time and date, and they debited my account two days later. I then went to the gym a couple of times during August and did some light stuff and every time I asked at the gym when the trainer will contact me they say " they will inform the trainer and he will contact you soon". The booster pack expired within 3 months and I told them in septemeber when I went to the gym that it was going to expire soon and yet the trainer never contacted me and they said " they will inform the trainer to contant me ASAP". I then wrote exams in November and December and couldn't be bothered about the trainer as I am studying part time and working full time. It now January 2017 and yet NO trainer has ever contacted me to set up a time or date but yet Virgin Active could debit my account 2 days later. This is so poor and I have a seriouse spine condition and was looking forward to working with a trainer to assist me as I can't afford to hurt my back. I haven't gone to gym since September as most of what I was doing myself was hurting my back and was putting to much stain on my back, one of the main reasons why I purchased the booster pack. </p> <p> </p> <p>Can someone please provide me with URGENT feedback on when a trainer can make time for me as I really need to lose weight and strengthen my muscless as I have already lost 6 months of membership fee every month and not getting the assistance of a trainer.</p>
