Virgin active - Regret ever becoming a member

The worst experience. we were sold lies when we signed for Virgin active in January. Was told I would her four months period or grace period to cancel. But suddenly we no longer have and need to pay penalty .very disappointing but not surprised. They never changed their ways. Consultants on phone are not very helpful at all. I regret the day I went to Virgin active.The consultant name is Mongale at wonderboom Pretoria branch
