Virgin Active Refund

Virgin active have been dodging to refund my money that I paid to them in CASH in October 2022. They continue to give me a run around to this day. My first contact with them in the beginning of November 2022; I was promised that the refund will be processed in 5 business days. I gave them until the end of November 2022 and the refund was not processed. I called them again at the end of November 2022; they blamed the call center agent that took my call, and said she never requested for the refund. I was then told that it will take 15 days to process the refund. I am now at my wits end with Virgin Active.
