Virgin Active redeems itself

After a long, frustrating battle with Virgin to get my account and payments to be corrected, they did eventually get it right. Having given them a chance (ok a few chances) to redeem themselves, they did.

Since then I only have good things to say about Virgin. Their classes are phenomenal; plenty of options to choose from. The instructors are experienced, bubbly and helpful, the equipment is in great condition and the front desk personnel are friendly and helpful. The change room and toilets are always neat and clean, the steam room and sauna are functional and clean. The rewards system is motivating (again, the admin needs work as my rewards have to be manually loaded every week by the helpdesk) and Kauai has delicious options.

So I am giving credit where credit is due, after admittedly a very rocky start.

If Virgin works on their administration, payments etc. they would get 5 stars from me.
