Virgin Active Red Parklands below standard

Where do i begin? Floor staff / fitness coaches, where are they. There is one male fitnees coach in the mornings, not sure if he is training a client or a girlfriend, fact is right , he is not a personal trainer to be paying attention to one person for a hour, he has the other users and gym function to uphold. Weight section has been changed, who instructed this? now all user battle and fail to maintain using, looking for and putting back weights. Showers, atleast twice a week the shower gel dispensers are empty. Why do the cleaning staff deem it right to scrub showers at 7/7.30/8 am in the morning when the showers need to be used, further to that, most people shower bare foot, so now we have to walk over wet floor chemicals. From being a Virgin Active manager in the UK and experiencing this sub standard logic and management here, is rather desturbing. There are so many little things to change that could do Parklands Red so much good, but i suppose the management there is just happy to do the hours and collect wages. No wonder so many regulars have left.
