Virgin active quick to take money, but never return when they in the wrong.

So I signed up at Virgin active in October 2021. With a promotion that I shall only pay my first debit order in January 2022. They went and debited me every month from October up to now. I've tried sorting it out with the virgin active club in Stoneridge, they can't help me, as head office must. According to them. I've been in constant calls with head office where they keep saying it will be resolved they will helped and yet nothing. On top of the debit orders I've been paying for, I still have issues with getting into the club, as they say I my account is in arrears. Rather don't waste your money on Virgin active and go to planet fitness.
