Virgin Active Proves To Be Useless AF, AGAIN!!!!

I have been struggling with my membership for over 9 months, where I cannot easily tag in and have been made to go up and down on this for months without any solution. This is apparently due to their switched systems changes and now one system says I owe exorbitant and ridiculous arrears, which I know I don't, while another system shows that I have credited.

I have escalated this matter and both the club and the HQ deemed to be useless. As much as they override and I have access, I cannot be explain to every different receptionist on a daily when I come where they scream from the top of their lungs that I am in arrears, when I know I am damn not. And also, that disrespectful and embarrassing.

Virgin Active is utter useless and I want to cancel this membership and move to another gym because this is ludicrous.
