Virgin Active Potchefstroom = Terrible service

Terrible service from virgin active Potchefstroom.

On Monday, 26 July I went to VA to enrol my kids.

I waited from 16:05 till 16:55 in a queue outside VA. At 16:55 when I was allowed to enter, I asked for someone to assist me with prices and available packages as well as the classes that were available at VA.

They said they cant assist me, I should wait for someone in the sales department. I waited for a while and someone came along.

I explained to this sales person that I need prices for my kids and I would like to know what classes are offered at this specific VA.

After waiting for almost 1 hour, he tells me he does not know the prices for 2021. I then asked him what classes are available and he said he doesn’t know. Best is I must leave my number and he will call me the next day which was suppose to be Tuesday, 27 July.

I told him that I am not asking for this current years price, thinking maybe he was confused.. but he claims VA HEAD OFFICE didn’t give them any prices so people cant join without prices.

Today is the 30th July, he still hasn’t called me regarding classes or pricing. (Another branch helped with pricing, but unfortunately cannot help with available classes)
