Virgin active Potchefstroom needs reshuffle on current employees….

Almost 3 months now that my kids membership cards are giving trouble, Mc Donald (employee at VA Potch) kept on saying he will call Discovery and rectify this matter.

On Tuesday 18 July, I confronted Mc Donald once again regarding this issue. He abruptly brushed me off saying I must just go leave my number with another employee and he will call me later when he gets a chance (this after giving him approximately 3 months time to rectify this matter).

I spoke to another VA employee named Chris and his service was swift and amazing, Chris and Gosego resolved the card issue within 2 days.

21 July and the cards are working perfectly!

While I was told by McDonald that he needs more time because its a very difficult thing to fix because it’s a problem to get hold of Discovery and communicate with them.
