Virgin Active possible ****

Hello team,

I cancel my membership 2016 and my two kids (both under 18) were on my account, i then signed a 2yrs contract with the same gym November 2016 this time it was only me, paid my terms and even went on a month to month payments - i then went to the gym canceled my contract with them and all was well.

Now i get an email from VVM that Virgin Active handed me over for both my daughters account, where else the contract was canceled in 2016 - I'm confused here because no one told me that when you cancel the contract as the beneficiary, it doesn't automatically remove the kids - how were my kids paying for gym while i canceled the membership.

I want to know if it's fair for me to pay an installment that i canceled in 2016 as beneficiary, and now the club is blacklisting my name.
